1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SummonMind ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

SummonMind is an AI-powered platform that provides lifelike avatar-based guidance across domains including career development, mental wellness, financial literacy, fitness, and personal growth. Our AI avatars are powered by large language models and are designed to complement — not replace — advice from qualified professionals. Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@summonmind.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior written approval.

4. Payments & Credits

SummonMind operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our payment gateway powered by Razorpay. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be subject to expiry as communicated at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform.
• Do not upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, avatars, graphics, logos, and technology on this Platform are the exclusive property of SummonMind or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SummonMind does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SummonMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
